You need:
1 l red or white wine, medium dry
(for white preferably pinot gris (p. grigio) or pinot blanc, riesling or silvaner)
175 g honey (clear and filtered)
(in case you use organic honey you will probably have to cook and filter it)
Warm up the honey and mix it carefully with the wine.
Serve cool.
