| 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grinded 2 bay leaves a pinch of mastix (resin imported from the island of Chios, available at every Greek deli) a pinch of saffron 2 dates |

Stone the dates and soak them in some of the wine/MVLSUM. Roast the date stone for 10 mins.
If you don't use MVLSVM, warm up the honey and mix 1 cup of wine with honey and seasoning - otherwise mix one cup of warm MVLSVM with the seasoning.
Keep cool over night, an filter before you serve the CONDITVM!
